Carrying out a matching process between families and caregivers

Answering questions and contact requests

Data of active clients: for the duration of the collaboration + 3 years
Candidate data: maximum 2 years after last contact

We never share your data with third parties for commercial purposes. We may share your data with:

Our technical processors — Vercel (hosting & analytics), Supabase (database), Resend (transactional email), Google Calendar (booking appointments) — solely for delivering our services
Marketing processors (only with your consent) — Google (Analytics, Ads, Tag Manager) and Meta (Facebook/Instagram Pixel) — for measuring and optimising our advertising campaigns. You can withdraw this consent at any time via the cookie banner
Accounting firm — for administrative and tax processing
Families and nanny candidates — as part of the matching process

All our processors are bound by data processing agreements and act in accordance with the GDPR. For transfers to the United States (Google, Meta) we rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, to which both companies are certified.

Right to erasure — you can request deletion of your data
