- Information about your family situation or care needs (only if you provide it)
- Professional data (for nanny candidates: CV, diplomas, references)
- Communication data (messages you send us)
3. Why do we process your data?
We process your personal data for the following purposes:
- Carrying out a matching process between families and caregivers
- Managing your account and portal
- Answering questions and contact requests
- Sending relevant information about our services
- Fulfilling legal obligations
- Improving our website and services
4. Legal basis for processing
We process your personal data on the basis of:
- Performance of a contract — when you use our services
- Consent — for sending newsletters or marketing communications
- Legitimate interest — for improving our service delivery
- Legal obligation — for accounting and tax purposes
5. How long do we keep your data?
We do not keep your personal data longer than necessary for the purposes for which they were collected. In practice, this means:
- Data of active clients: for the duration of the collaboration + 3 years
- Candidate data: maximum 2 years after last contact
- Accounting data: 7 years (legal obligation)
6. Do we share your data with third parties?
We never share your data with third parties for commercial purposes. We may share your data with:
- Our technical processors — Vercel (hosting & analytics), Supabase (database), Resend (transactional email), Google Calendar (booking appointments) — solely for delivering our services
- Marketing processors (only with your consent) — Google (Analytics, Ads, Tag Manager) and Meta (Facebook/Instagram Pixel) — for measuring and optimising our advertising campaigns. You can withdraw this consent at any time via the cookie banner
- Accounting firm — for administrative and tax processing
- Families and nanny candidates — as part of the matching process
All our processors are bound by data processing agreements and act in accordance with the GDPR. For transfers to the United States (Google, Meta) we rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, to which both companies are certified.
7. Your rights
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the following rights:
- Right of access — you can request which data we hold about you
- Right to rectification — you can have incorrect data corrected
- Right to erasure — you can request deletion of your data
- Right to restriction — you can have processing temporarily restricted
- Right to data portability — you can request your data in a digital format
- Right to object — you can object to processing based on legitimate interest

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss, or misuse. Our website uses secure connections (HTTPS) and access control.
