What about contract, salary and employment?

You receive a permanent contract. Through our payroll formula (PC 318), we handle salary administration and social contributions. With self-management, you are directly employed by the family.

How many hours can I work?

The number of hours depends on the family and your availability. In the payroll formula, we work with a minimum of 13 hours per week. We aim for sustainable collaborations.

How does the screening work?

Our screening includes interviews, an extensive questionnaire, reference checks, good conduct certificate, medical certificate, and home visit. Experience is our priority, even without a formal degree.

What if I don't click with the family?

Accepted Answer

A good match is essential. We guide you at every step with introductory meetings and trial moments. If it doesn't work out, we actively search for a new suitable placement.
