### Who is the family? An entrepreneurial and warm family in Antwerp-South with three young children: a toddler of 1 year and 10 months and a twin of 8 months. The parents are looking for an experienced family assistant/nanny who becomes a true right hand in the family and supports them both in caring for the children and organizing the household. ### Who are we looking for? * You have extensive experience with babies and young children. * You speak excellent Dutch. * You are warm, caring, and patient. * You can set boundaries in a positive way. * You work proactively and independently. * You see work and take initiative. * You are well organized and easily maintain an overview. * You are flexible. * You think along with the family and take responsibility in the household. * You have a driving license. * You have completed a first aid course (life-saving actions for babies) or are willing to take one. * You want to commit long-term and truly become part of the family. ### What are your tasks? * Care for three young children: * Supporting the morning routine and childcare. * Playing, guiding, and creating a safe and warm environment for the children. * Organizing the household: washing and ironing, tidying up, grocery shopping, and cooking. * Maintaining structure and overview in the household. * Supporting the planning and organization of family life. * Occasionally going on vacation with the family.
